Description
AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company located in Chicago’s vibrant Financial District. We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to help with our Human Resources Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and project support to the Executive Team at AHP
- Assist with customer and staff requests
- Answer phone calls and oversee general office needs to ensure a properly-functioning office space
- Complete a wide range of administrative responsibilities for the CEO including managing a demanding schedule, calendar of appointments, events, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, meetings, monitoring emails, responding on delegated items, drafting correspondence, facility arrangements, appointment confirmations
- Utilize business software applications (Microsoft Office) to prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agenda, and meeting minutes
- Coordinates relationship with key contacts for CEO
- Supports a variety of internal and external programs and participates in company sponsored events
Role Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 60 words a minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
